JispWin
JispWin is an online prize draw platform, a UK based retail tech company. It combines gamified prize draws with community support designed as an affordable, engaging scheme for shoppers, while promoting charitable giving.
The foundation of the project spanned over 5 months. As a user experience and interface designer at Jisp, I worked on the information architecture, user experience journey and user interface design of the website alongside James Brickell who supported me at every step until the project was then launched in May 2025.
Constant study of user engagement is still going on to improvise the product the best we can.

Additionally I worked on bringing the discount coupons for more sign-ups and designed the probability of winning each prize draw for transparency and legitimacy for the users.

Colour palette was fixated by Lauren Day, the design lead. This product was initially an extension of Scan and Win Jisp, an already existing product. Hence the major purple gradients of Scan & Win. UI components was then designed by James Brickell to be reused throughout in the website.

A lot of research was put into designing each of the webpages with constant research on the already existing prize draw and competition platforms to find what can differentiate JispWin from every other similar platform. It took several iterations and constant back and forth to come up with what works for JispWin.
